Description
This finely milled matcha powder from Sonnentor offers an intense taste experience, ranging from light grassy and spinach-like notes to a subtle, refined bitterness. Traditionally, you whisk the powder with hot water until frothy using a special bamboo whisk, ideal for a small, meditative ceremony.
Thanks to its vibrant, intense colour and characteristic aroma, this matcha powder is also ideal as an ingredient in baking and cooking.
Preparation:
- Add 1 g of matcha powder to 100 ml of 80 °C hot water and mix until frothy.
- You can also top it with a plant-based drink froth and enjoy it as a matcha latte.
