It combines classic ingredients such as smoked paprika, chillies, pepper, coriander, garlic and nutmeg, cumin and ginger with numerous aromatic herbs - so no salt is needed to create an extraordinary taste experience.
The seasoning goes well with beef, pork, chicken, veal and lamb.
Tip:
- Use this seasoning for a salt-free marinade. The lack of salt in the recipe means that your steak stays wonderfully juicy. Lightly salt the finished steak afterwards.
