Description
How does the Carpe Pastam pasta get its authentic taste? The secret lies in the gentle preparation: the dough is thinly rolled out and then cut rather than pressed into shape. This makes a difference that you can taste, see and feel.
The tagliatelle originally comes from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy and is best enjoyed there with savoury rabbit ragouts or ragù alla bolognese. Thanks to their rough surface, they also go perfectly with many other sauces. This tagliatelle is made with eggs.
Note: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 8 minutes.
