EIGOLD vermicelli is made with 3 fresh eggs per kilogram of delicious pasta. The eggs in combination with fine durum wheat semolina help the vermicelli retain a firm bite when cooked - a real treat for the palate!

A good soup needs time - and good ingredients! Whether added to clear soups such as bouillon or hearty thick soups, this vermicelli will have everyone asking for seconds!

Note: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 5 minutes.
