Classic dark chocolate with a 75% cocoa content is sweetened with date sugar. Date sugar is obtained from finely ground, dried dates that have a naturally high sugar content. This creates a wonderful composition of tropical, fruity cocoa aroma with light notes of caramel. With a distinctive, long-lasting melt.
