Description

"Powidl" is the name of a plum jam that's an integral part of Austrian cuisine. The Powidl jam made its way into this chocolate bar where it was refined with pure cocoa butter and some rum. A layer of white chocolate, also seasoned with a dash of rum, sits below the Powidl layer. The bar is coated in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
