Description
"Café de Paris" is the most popular spice mixture for making herbal butter. Your guests and family will be amazed by the perfectly matched fresh taste of herbs and the hearty bite of garlic. You can make a barbecue or steak butter flavor within a few minutes using this spice, making it stand out against anything you can find in the grocery isle.
With "Café de Paris', you can still conjure up some other delicacies. You can season fish, steaks, sauces, raw vegetables, snails or potatoes. The preparation is very simple: for 100 grams of butter you need about 2 teaspoons of the Café de Paris spice mixture and about half a teaspoon of salt. Let the butter soften at room temperature or warm it briefly in water, then stir in the spice mixture and salt. You can pour the finished butter into a dish or into a roll of aluminum foil. After 60 minutes in the refrigerator the butter is then hard again.
