Description
Prepare a spicy cheese dip yourself with this spice blend! Based on the Oktoberfest favourite, this spread is a classic in German speaking countries.
To prepare the dish, you need 200g Camembert cheese, 2-3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons CrémeFraîche, a red onion, a dash of wheat beer and 1-3 teaspoons cheese spice. Let the dip rest for 1-2 hours in the fridge and then serve it with a big pretzel.
