After Danish tradition, this salt was smoked over beechwood and is refined for use in many classic BBQ dishes. Use it cautiously, as the Danish smoked salt is very intense. Why not try it for the following uses: mixing a small pinch (like a knife tip) into a blob of ketchup makes a real BBQ sauce! Adding half a teaspoon to 500gm of ground beef turns your meatballs into a real revelation. Or, sprinkle a little Danish smoked salt over your potatoes and you will be amazed.

No household should be without this salt. You will use it in everything. Wonderful smokey aroma, smells just like a campfire! I have tried other smoked salt brands and they don't compare to this one.
