The phosphate-free organic cream of tartar baking powder allows light and compact dough to rise ideally.
Tip: When cooking beans, lentils, and other legumes, you can add a little cream of tartar (as an alternative to baking soda) to the cooking water to help the legumes cook faster.
Dosage: One sachet is enough for 500 g of flour.
