Description
Wasabi adds a fiery touch to any dish. The mixture of horseradish and 10% Japanese horseradish is very hot and should be used sparingly. Add a little and taste and add more if you'd like.
This vegan speciality is extremely popular with sushi rolls or as a fiery dip. You can also use wasabi as a spicy seasoning for rice and noodle dishes. Wasabi lovers like to spread the paste thinly on bread.
Dosage: This wasabi is in powder form and can be easily mixed with water to form a paste. The optimal mixing ratio is 1:1 for powder to water. Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.
