Description

These chocolate chips are made from the finest Belgian milk chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 25% and a creamy caramel note. They do not melt completely while baking and retain their shape and a firm bite - perfect for chocolate chip cookies, cupcakes, muffins, pastries or in fillings for tarts and cakes.

Tip: Add the chocolate chips to the dough at the end of the kneading process. This will prevent the chocolate chips from melting or discolouring the batter.
