Description
Bake delicious homemade protein rolls at home - quickly and easily - with the gluten-free 8 Wonder Rolls Protein baking mix by Bauck Mühle. Simply mix with water and quark cheese, shape and bake. The result is a batch of rustic, delicious rolls with a firm texture that are ideal for everyday meals. The baking mix contains a balanced blend of oat bran, oats and seeds.
Preparation:
Additional ingredients: 250 ml hot water, 250 g low-fat quark
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C, top and bottom heat.
- Mix the quark cheese with hot water and stir well until fully mixed.
- Stir the contents of the pack into the mix. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
- Wet your hands and divide the dough into eight equal pieces. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the dough pieces flat until they are approx. 2 cm high.
- Bake the rolls in the preheated oven on the middle shelf.
- After approx. 35 minutes, take them out of the oven and cool on a wire rack.
Tips:
- The baked rolls are suitable for freezing.
- A vegan quark alternative can also be used for preparation.
