Description
Bergamot has a slightly bitter citrus flavour that is best known for its use in Earl Gray tea. It also goes well with many dishes - which is why Belberry uses fresh, pureed bergamots to make this special vinegar.
Try the bergamot vinegar with:
- marinades for fish (great with sushi!)
- sauces for pan-fried meat or fish
- beef or tuna carpaccio
- sparkling cocktails or lemonades
- vinaigrettes for colourful salads and fruit salads
