Chia seeds contain calcium, antioxidants, high-quality fatty acids and proteins. Mixed into mueslis, smoothies and the like, they swell and create exciting textures. They have a neutral to slightly nutty flavour, which is why they are an excellent addition to spicy spreads, stir-fries or breakfast pastries - a true all-rounder!
Note:
- Do not consume more than 15 grams daily. Since chia seeds have a high swelling capacity, they should be consumed with plenty of fluids. Please store protected from sunlight, heat and moisture!
