The long fermented Japanese Mikura Sakekasu Red Rice Vinegar "Akane" is produced in the Mie Prefecture and fermented in wooden barrels for over 3 years. It owes its rich and complex flavour with notes of umami and ripened rice to the long maturation period. Perfect for sushi, dressings, marinades, pickles as well as for homemade ketchup and tomato sauces.
