Red Thai Curry Paste
- This red curry paste makes the perfect base for curries but can also be used to season many other dishes.
- To make a curry, cook the paste in a little oil or coconut oil for 1-2 minutes to bring out the flavours in the paste. Then add a little coconut milk and stir until the paste dissolves. Finally, add the remaining coconut milk and season with salt or fish sauce.
- 1 package of curry paste (70g) with 800ml of coconut milk is enough for 4 to 8 servings.
