Description

Easy to prepare, vegan, and ideal for an indulgent break that whisks you away on a culinary journey!

Preparation:

  • You will also need a fresh zucchini (approx. 100 g).
  • Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in 1 tbsp of hot oil.
  • Add 1 litre of hot water, bring to a brief boil, and cover the pot with a lid.
  • Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Slice the zucchini, add it to the soup, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
