Preparation:
- Pour 200 ml of hot water over the contents of the bag in a bowl, stir, and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
- Place the mixture in a hot pan and fry for 5 minutes until the water has evaporated.
- Then add 2 tbsp of oil and fry until browned to your liking.
