This crémant from Alsace shows just how complex a rosé can be. The sparkling wine is allowed to mature in the bottle for 24 months before it is "discharged" and the dosage is added. The result is a wonderful rosé with the aroma of red berries and a hint of brioche that leaves you wanting more. On the palate, the long maturation in the bottle is reflected in the fine perlage and creamy texture. Balanced and multi-layered with just the right amount of sweetness. Beautiful, lively acidity, juicy flavour and a long, harmonious finish.
