José Maria Gomez Mira created the "El Aeroplano" brand in 1918. With his creation, began his very special journey through the world's flavors.

Mira created the brands "El Avión" and "La Cadena", and in doing so, set the standards and the precedent that allowed the company to to continue to create thousands of flavors. All new products are developed mindfully around this tradition.
