Hot Apple Cider:
Boil 1 tablespoon of "Hot Apple Cider" with 0,5l apple juice. Add dark rum or enjoy on its own for a non-alcoholic drink.
Oh Du Fröhliche Mulled Wine Spice:
Warm 70g of raw cane sugar on medium heat until it melts into a golden yellow caramel. Deglaze with 0.75 litres of red wine, add 2 tablespoons of "Oh Du Fröhlichel" and steep for 5 minutes. Filter through a tea strainer and enjoy.
