Description

This delicious organic spice blend is ideal for seasoning a Caesar salad, a classic American salad named after Italian immigrant Cesare Cardini.
Fine notes of lemon, garlic and mustard are the perfect complement with leafy green salads or sliced avocados.
It comes in a sturdy little tin that keeps its aroma fresh and can be stacked for space-saving storage in your spice cabinet.

How to prepare a Caesar salad dressing:

Add 1 tablespoon of the organic Caesar Salad Spice Mix to 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or a combination of mayo and yoghurt), 1 tablespoon each of balsamic vinegar and grated parmesan cheese. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
