KoRo Organic Soy Strips

The organic soy strips frombyKoRo are made from 100% Austrian soybeans. The neutral taste and meat-like texture make them a delicious vegan alternative to meat strips with rice, in creamy sauces, salads and more. They are high in protein and fibre and have a long shelf life making them ideal as a pantry staple.

Preparation: Pour hot water over the soy strips and soak for 10 - 15 minutes. Drain the water and fry the soy strips in a little oil.
