Those who prefer the intense aroma of the famous Piedmontese hazelnuts to the creamy sweetness of ripe almonds will be delighted with this modified version of the classic Biscotti di Prato. The traditional bakery Antonio Mattei has been delighting customers for over a hundred years with fine baked goods, made from traditional recipes from Tuscan farm kitchens. Whole hazelnuts from Piedmont refine the wonderful shortcrust pastry in this delicious variant - a real treat for all fans of nutty cookies!

Tip: This biscotti variety not only tastes great with coffee or tea, it also goes perfectly with sparkling sparkling wines, aged wines or Tuscan Vin Santo! Also suitable as an ingredient in desserts, such as trifle or tiramisu.
