Mexican Tears Habanero Chili Oil

Habaneros are some of the hottest chilies and are therefore an integral part of Mexican cuisine. Their tropical, fruity flavor and fiery sharpness fit perfectly into almost any meal. But be careful: only use a few drops at a time!

Serve with salads, soups, marinades for grilling, or BBQ seasonings. You can also add the chili oil directly to pizza and pasta. The hot chili oil can also be briefly steamed and cooked.
