The Scotch Bonnet Chili has an intense flavor and a versatile as well as spicy taste. This chilli is salty and sweet at the same time.
About the Scotch Bonnet Chili:
- 100,000 / 350,000 ° SHU Scoville (in 2013, it was voted the hottest chilli in the world)
- Spiciness: 7/10
- The color varies from an initial green that changes into a pumpkin orange and finally to a carmine red.
- The shape is reminiscent of a traditional Scottish hat (Tam o 'Shanter).
- Their taste is spicy as well as fruity and is reminiscent of cooked peppers.
- This chilli is used for the preparation of meat dishes, fish soups, pies and vegetables. Great in combination with truffles and cheeses.
- After opening, protect from light and heat
- Do not refrigerate
