This rub creates an irresistibly crisp crust, while keeping your meat — whether lamb, pork or pulled pork — beautifully juicy. Simply rub generously onto the meat you wish to grill and ideally allow it to rest overnight for maximum flavour.
Only hand-selected ingredients are used, with absolutely no artificial additives, preservatives or flavour enhancers — for a pure, honest barbecue flavour.
Recommended preparation:
- Brush meat or fish with oil or mustard, apply the rub generously all over, and pat it in firmly. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate overnight.
- Alternatively, use as a dry marinade by massaging the rub directly into the meat or fish.
