The shoulder with rind is just right for the classic roast pork with a thick crust. Just cut the rind and it will start to fry.
The meat comes from the Southeast Styrian Woazschwein. The animals are fed GMO-free with at least 75% feed from their own production. The well-being of the animals is given great importance during rearing, the meat has a particularly high quality.
