This organic coconut oil has a neutral taste - without the aroma of coconuts! It is a great option for those who appreciate coconut oil for its texture and ability to withstand high temperatures but don't want the typical aroma of coconuts in some recipes. Coconut oil is gently heated for a long time over steam resulting in a neutral taste. An excellent choice for making schnitzel, fried fish, doughnuts and fries.

The coconuts are sourced from Rapunzel's HAND IN HAND partner Serendipol, Sri Lanka and are processed on-site. It is a fairtrade product.
