Salseria BBQ Classic

A classic barbecue sauce reinterpreted by Salseria: it contains Primitivo di Manduria must instead of molasses while an Italian mix replaces tamarind which gives the sauce a delicate, milder flavour. It is a subtle accompaniment to various dishes without overpowering their flavour.

The sauce is free from preservatives, colourings and artificial flavours. It is ideal for serving with roasts, braised meat, grilled meat and deep-fried foods. All the raw ingredients are sourced from the Salento region in Italy and are processed immediately after the harvest to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
