Sonnentor Basil Essential Spice Oil

Looking to cook with something new? Conjure up wonderful Mediterranean dishes with this oils! The oil has a much longer-lasting flavour than the herb. Enjoy with tomato dishes, pasta and pizza.

Application:

• 1 drop is enough for approx. 4 servings, or the equivalent of 1-3 drops for 250-500 ml of liquid or dough. The oil should not be enjoyed pure but should be mixed with butter, oil, cream, sour cream, egg yolks, soy sauce, lemon juice etc. You can easily dose the oil with the built-in pipette.
