This Swabian smoked salt is seasoned with a small smokehouse in the Swabian Alps according to traditional smoking methods. The natural sea salt remains in the smokehouse for 6-7 days. Using the finest fir and beech smoke, it matures into an intense flavour. Now all lovers of smoked treats can create their own dishes at home without needing a smoker.

The Swabian smoked salt goes perfectly with scrambled eggs, mushroom dishes, stews, sandwiches, grilled meats (like steak), fish and lentils with spätzle or sausages. Add at the end of the cooking time.
