Enjoy beautiful blossoms! This elegant, hand-harvested salt contains lots of gently dried flowers that delight both the eyes and the palate! The flavourful mix contains:

• Roses
• Marigolds
• Cornflowers
• Orange blossoms
• Lavender
• Mallow

A touch of chilli (without the seeds) ensures a pleasant tingling sensation on the tongue.

Usage:

• We particularly recommend using the Fleur de Sel for dips and spreads, butter or as a finish for salads and vegetable dishes. The salt is meant to be sprinkled over dishes and should not be cooked as it will lose its crispy texture.
