The Tex-Mex spice blend by Stay Spiced! is the perfect way to season Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes. This spice mix is also ideal for grilling - as a rub, marinade, for the final seasoning of grilled foods at the table or in a BBQ sauce.

Ancho chilli, the dried form of the Poblano chilli, is very popular in Mexico. It is a rather mild chilli variety, dominated by fruity and slightly sweet nuances. Finely seasoned with cumin, oregano, garlic and a little salt, this is a finely balanced spice.
