Description

Due to how well it bakes, Type 700 flour is often used for making brown bread. The flour has a higher mineral content, which gives it a darker colour than Type W480.

Traditions are an important part of the Mühle Stöber corporate philosophy! Wheat has always been bought in July. After buying the wheat, it is carefully analysed. The wheat is then properly stored in the corresponding silos. High-quality raw materials from the local region, well-trained staff, ideal wheat storage, strict quality controls and careful processing help to ensure that the best quality products are produced.
