Weingut Krispel Vermouth, 0,75 l

Vermouth is wine that's been fortified and flavoured with spices and herbs. It owes its name to wormwood, a herb that often infuses the taste with bitter aromas.

Stefan Krispel used only the best ingredients for his new project. This exceptional winemaker took fresh, high-quality Pinot Blanc fortified with a little gin and refined it with wormwood, oranges and lemons. The scent is fruity, very accessible and evokes a gin & tonic. It's very fruity on the palate, and balanced and harmonious with a delicate fruity sweetness. There's a round, long finish and subtle bitter notes. The 17% ABV is barely noticeable and the vermouth slips down.

This beautifully printed bottle will look great on the table.

Drink straight with lemon zest on ice or with a dash of soda water. Or, for a revelation, mix with a good tonic. It tastes great. For us, this is by far the best vermouth in Austria!
