EIGOLD egg pasta contains 3 fresh eggs per kilogram of delicious pasta. Made with fine durum wheat semolina, the pasta retains a firm bite when cooked - a real treat for the palate!

"Fleckerl" pasta is the basis of typical Austrian dishes such as Krautfleckerl, Schinkenfleckerl casserole or Grenadiermarsch. Enjoyed for generations, Fleckerl recipes guarantee a culinary break from hectic everyday life.
