Zotter Chocolate Organic Bacon Spectacle

A chocolate bar with a difference:
The filling consists of a layer of fine hazelnut nougat with grated, roasted and caramelised pork crackling is refined with cinnamon - incredibly delicious!
A wafer-thin layer of white chocolate separates the second layer consisting of a raspberry blood ganache made of raspberries, thyme, elderberry juice and a few drops of pig's blood.
The filling is encased in extra dark milk chocolate couverture with 60% cocoa.

The blood and cracklings are sourced from Zotter's "Essbaren Tiergarten" (edible zoo) because every part of every animal is valuable and nothing gets wasted.
The pigs are humanely raised in a species-appropriate manner in herds in the woods and on pastures - an open stall concept allows them to come and go as they wish.
