This creamy spread is made with finely pureed sunflower seeds as the base impresses with the spicy, piquant taste of rocket (also known as rucola or arugula) and mustard seeds. Yellow carrots add a characteristic mild sweet note to the mix of aromas. This spread is vegan and free from yeast and gluten.

Tip: You can also use this spread to make delicious dips and salad dressings - mix some in with (soy) yoghurt and enjoy!
