Description
Wakame is a type of seaweed that has a savoury, aromatic taste. You can add it to soups and stews or enjoy it as a salad. The finely chopped wakame does not have to be soaked before eating, they develop their typical taste directly in the dish.
Like all Arche seaweed products, Wakame is also regularly checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content (please refer to the information below).
Preparation in soups or stews: Place Instant Wakame in a sieve, rinse briefly and stir into the dish. Allow to steep in the warm liquid for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.
