Description
Arche's Ao Nori are edible, mild algae of the genus "Ulva sp." obtained from ecological cultivation. You can use the flakes as an aromatic seasoning for noodles with meat, fish or vegetables as well as in soups and salads.
Use: Use nori flakes as a finishing spice only and sprinkle over your dishes just before serving. Also great as a table spice. They should never be cooked.
Note: The seaweed used in Arche products is regularly and carefully checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content. For more information on consuming seaweed, please refer to the section below.
