Piper nigrum (black and white pepper). The bisabolene camphene Piperen containing fruits, native to the India climber have a stimulating effect. Pepper has a warming, spicy seasoning ingredient suitable for curry blends and many Indian recipes.

Using black pepper:

The basic rules are: white pepper is used for light dishes, black pepper is used for heavier food. White pepper should always be the first choice when it comes to spiciness and added shortly before the end of cooking process.
