Organic Protein Couscous Salad by Davert is rich in plant-based protein and makes a simple, versatile addition to everyday meals. The balanced blend of wholegrain couscous, pea couscous and lentils is rounded off with fine parsley and refreshing mint.
Preparation:
- Bring 150 g Organic Protein Couscous Salad to the boil in plenty of water.
- Cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Add salt only towards the end of the cooking time, then drain off any excess water.
