Preparation:
- You will also need a fresh zucchini (approx. 100 g).
- Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in 1 tbsp of hot oil.
- Add 1 litre of hot water, bring to a brief boil, and cover the pot with a lid.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Slice the zucchini, add it to the soup, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
