The Organic Japan Matcha Yume by Demmer is an exquisite, premium-ground green tea powder from the famous Aichi Prefecture. Produced according to strict organic criteria, this superior quality is aimed at discerning matcha enthusiasts.
The tea displays a fascinatingly fresh, jade-green colour in the bowl. On the palate, it unfolds a particularly elegant, mild aroma accompanied by a delicate grassy note, subtle bitterness, and a wonderful, natural sweetness. This noble matcha is prepared in the traditional way:
- Add 1g of powder to a chawan (matcha bowl).
- Pour in 100ml of warm water (60–80°C) and whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) into a wonderfully creamy froth.
