The "Peppersweet" cherry peppers grown for this delicious cream cheese are specially bred by DIE KÄSEMACHER for their products. The peppersweet variety is characterised only by its crunch fruit and mildly sweet taste. This gives the savoury and flavourful spread a sweet note. It tastes great on bread and makes a wonderful dip for vegetables.
