Description
This non-iodised Fleur de Sel comes from one of the cleanest and most mineral-rich regions of the world's oceans. Tasmania, Australia. Although salt-making has a long tradition in this region, it was not economically viable. Therefore, the salt pans remained unused and were nearly forgotten. It was only a few years ago that the company started operations again using environmentally friendly methods - much to the delight of gourmet palates!
Connoisseurs describe the taste of this Fleur de Sel as unique - mild with a slightly dry aftertaste. It goes wonderfully with fish and seafood, but try adding it to any of your favourite recipes!
The metal can contains 70 g of Fleur de Sel. Please keep the lid tightly shut at all times.
