Fink's Delikatessen Spicy Tomatoes with Chillies

Tip: You can marinate summer vegetables with the sharp tomato sauce (asparagus salad, zucchini ...). Ideal as a base for salad dressings!

Recommendation: serve with pasta, on crostini, grilled meats and vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce for seasoning and marinating.

Recipe: Almo Oxen Tartar
Finely chop the beef, mix well and season to taste with spicy tomato sauce, olive oil, hot mustard, freshly chopped parsley, and salt and pepper and the Tartar is ready. For about 100 grams of meat you need 50 g of suce. Serve with a freshly baked bagutette and salted butter.
