Galup Little Snack Cake with Strawberries

Traditionally panettone is served as a dessert on Christmas and New Years in Italy. This mini panettone features delicate semi-candied strawberries that sing sweet promises of spring! The sweet taste and delicious smell of the ripe strawberries also harmonises wonderfully with the crispy hazelnut glaze. It does not contain raisins or the candied citrus fruits that are usually found in panettone.
